DARKROCK

Ownership,
held for the long term.

Darkrock is a privately held international holding and asset management corporation focused on the long-term ownership, development, and management of businesses and strategic assets.

The Firm

Darkrock owns. It holds operating businesses outright, allocates capital across investments and physical assets, and develops what it holds over long horizons.

The firm is private. It has no outside shareholders to address and does not raise capital from the public. It does not serve customers under its own name; its businesses do.

Darkrock does not publish a complete account of its holdings.

Portfolio

A selection. Holdings are disclosed at the firm's discretion.

Investments

Controlling and minority positions in private companies, held directly and through subsidiaries.

Assets

Real estate and other physical assets, owned for use by group businesses and for long-term value.

Strategic Ventures

Private ventures and new subsidiaries established by the firm. Not disclosed before they operate.

Approach

Permanent capital
Darkrock invests its own capital. Nothing it owns is held against a deadline to sell.
Direct ownership
Businesses sit directly within Darkrock. Each keeps its own management, its own accounts and its own name.
Capital where it is needed
When a Darkrock business requires funding beyond its own means, the firm provides it, on the record, and is repaid from that business's earnings.
Discretion
The firm says little about what it owns and less about what it is considering.

Contact

Customers of dBBank and dBShop should contact those businesses directly.

Darkrock does not accept unsolicited proposals. Other enquiries may be addressed in game to the Office of the Chairman, dB0uble_.
